Maximum safety
Collection procedures, disposal and reclamation of areas contaminated by pollutants, according to procedures of the highest safety.
The purpose of a remediation is to protect the environment and health. According to the law, reclamation is "the set of interventions aimed at eliminating sources of pollution / pollutants or reducing the concentrations of the same present in the soil, subsoil and groundwater to a level below the Risk Threshold Concentrations (CSR ) / Contamination (CSC) "(Article 240 of Legislative Decree 152/2006).
In order to work in absolute safety, Isovit implements remediation procedures: preliminary definition of the conceptual model of the site (definition of the site characteristics and of the distribution of contamination); preparation of the Characterization Plan (collection of historical data aimed to the reconstruction of all productive activities that have occurred on the site, defining the danger centers); definition of a sampling and analysis protocol (indication of the location and type of investigations, of the analytical set and analytical methods to obtain data on the site conditions); design of the site-specific Risk Analysis aimed to determining the Acceptable Risk Threshold Concentrations (CSR) for that specific site; drafting of the Operational Reclamation Project (identification of reclamation interventions, applicable technologies, costs and expected times for reclamation); drafting of the certification of successful remediation.
