The Register of Environmental Managers is responsible for transparency and the recognition of the possession of particular technical, moral and financial capacity requirements for those who intend to carry out the activity of waste transport, reclamation of polluted and / or asbestos-containing sites, trade and intermediation waste without detention of the same.

Registration for the transport of self-produced waste is framed by the new Regulation of the Register of Environmental Managers in Article 8, paragraph 1b of the Ministerial Decree 120/2014. Registration is made for the following subjects: initial producers of non-hazardous waste who carry out collection and transport operations of their own waste; initial producers of hazardous waste who collect and transport thirty kilograms or thirty liters per day of their waste.

Category 9 class B - Remediation of polluted sites.

Registration in Category 9 regulates the remediation of polluted sites up to € 9,000,000.

Category 10B class A - Remediation of goods containing asbestos.

Registration in Category 10B class A is for an unlimited amount (above € 9,000,000) for the reclamation of goods containing asbestos.
