THE SOA Certificate is valid for five years and is issued after an investigation to validate the documents produced by the company, referring to the last ten years of activity of the company (ten years of work and the best five years among the last ten ) by specific Certification Bodies, or companies authorized to operate by the Authority for the Supervision of Public Contracts.

The SOA Certification qualifies the company to contract out works by categories of works and by rankings of amounts.
